Service Description

Join me for journaling, group discussion, and yoga to honor our ability to expand and to explore the concept of expansion. Into what places are you ready to expand this spring? Please bring something to write with and anything you need in order to move your body and be cozy, such as a yoga mat, blocks, towel or blanket, pillows, warm beverage, et cetera.
