Service Description

Join me for journaling, group discussion, and yoga to honor the Beltane (AKA May Day). This will be a joyful gathering! Please bring something to write with and anything you need in order to move your body and be cozy, such as a yoga mat, blocks, towel or blanket, pillows, warm beverage, et cetera.
